You understand that the Service uses a third-party payment processor PayPal (paypal.com) to handle payment transactions, and that all monetary transactions made through your use of the Service are subject to any fees PayPal may charge.
Additionally, service supports Google's initiative to enable a free and open web. Thus, we will have your account immediately shut down, and all data there-in deleted should you breach any of the below violations.
Service does not allow content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.
Intellectual property violation

The Customer owns the rights to its data as data controller, and the service acts as data processor on the Customer's behalf. All processing by the service of the personal data and other data provided by the Customer shall be in accordance with the applicable laws. The service's processing of personal data on behalf of the Customer shall therefore only be done in order to provide the Product and shall be subject to the Customer's written instructions.
The Customer is obligated to keep user logins and passwords to the Product secret from any unauthorized users or third parties. The Customer is obligated to ensure that the personal data provided by the Customer and used in the Product is processed by the Customer in accordance with all applicable laws. The Customer is obligated to ensure that the Customer's data provided in the Product, including personal data, do not violate any third party intellectual property rights and/or any applicable legislation.
The service is entitled to delete any data that in the sole discretion of the service constitutes a breach of the aforesaid undertaking by the Customer, and the Customer will not be entitled to any compensation in that respect.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Buddha Vibes Technologies Llp will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
